September 14 fixes reset review status when site information changes, recover interrupted lookups, improve draft printing, and bring each workflow destination into view.

What remains open
Search results do not establish facility capabilities or jurisdiction. The documented live smoke test found data-quality gaps; projects remain in the current tab and clear on reload.
Hypothesis
Can explicit review and source notes make a site contact sheet easier to maintain?
Track missing contact fields and the time needed to review a sheet. Status: open.
